Giorgio Gnemmi
Piemontese by birth, Giorgio Gnemmi has been able, since he was a young boy, to show his enthusiasm for the life that surrounds him through his photographs; never insignificant, rich with the beauty of time gone by, and suggestions of unique aromas.
Gnemmi places his energy on what the human eye cannot normally see, on the incomparable perspective that is loved by eagles and falcons: the world as seen from above.
Photos shot from above, in fact, have become his full-time job. Giorgio lives his time to the fullest, spending endless days of work in real flights of reconnaissance, both technical and artistic, in order to capture the surrounding landscape, giving him the opportunity of compiling several portfolios and of publishing different works of importance and quality.
With his ten incredible books of photographs, the Italian people have defined him as the “photographer from the sky”.
